Staff

Everyone with a sign-in. Admins see every client and can manage staff and access. Regular users see only the clients they have been given.

To add someone, create their account in Supabase → Authentication → Users. They appear here once created, as a regular user.

Change password

Your current password is required — an open session on a borrowed or stolen machine should not be enough to lock you out of your own account.

Two-factor authentication

An authenticator app (1Password, Authy, Google Authenticator) generates a six-digit code you enter after your password. With it switched on, your password alone is not enough to reach any client data — that rule is enforced by the database, not just by this page.

Demo mode

Loads a fictional company with fabricated figures, for showing the tool to someone without putting a real client's finances on screen. While it is on, your real clients are not loaded at all, and nothing you change is saved.
